Common questions

Can I switch tiers?

Yes. Month to month, switch up or down at any cycle. No fee.

What happens if I cancel?

30 day notice. You keep your code, your domain, and your Google Business Profile. I hand off whatever you need so you can keep running without me.

Do you do one-time builds (not monthly)?

Rarely. The monthly model exists because small business websites need someone watching them. If you genuinely just need a site built and walked away from, tell me, I will refer you to a freelancer who specializes in that.

What if my business is too small for $500/mo?

Be honest about that in the intake form. If we cannot justify the price for your situation, I will say so and point you to options that fit better (a free Google Business cleanup, a template service).

Do you work outside Miami?

Not yet. FoundLocal is Miami-Dade focused for now. Statewide expansion is planned after the first 5 clients ship.
