Month to month

All FoundLocal service tiers are month to month. Cancel with 30 days notice. No long-term contracts, no early termination fees.

You own your work

Code, brand assets, and content created for you under any FoundLocal tier belong to you. If you cancel, we hand off everything so you can keep running the site (or hand it to someone else) without us. We retain no rights to your business name, logo, or content.

What is not included

Domain registration fees, hosting fees beyond Vercel free tier, third-party SaaS (Stripe, Mailchimp, etc.) subscriptions are not included in any tier. Those stay in your name and on your billing.

Full agreement

The signed Service Agreement at start of work is the binding contract. This page is a plain-English summary. Service Agreement PDF available in EN and ES on request.
